Good products and call back and service tech are always nice

If your implementor is going to be over 15 minutes late you should call the customer. You require a 2 day notice to cancel or change an appointment.

I had not used Zerorez before and really didn't know anything about it. The technician that showed up to clean all the carpeting in my home explained they basically clean by power washing with water not chemicals or detergents. If they do pretreat any areas they use an orange product. I really liked the idea of no chemicals put into my carpet and home. My carpet looks great. I also had the tile cleaned in my kitchen and breakfast area and was amazed how good it all looked afterwards.
