I have to admit I was a bit apprehensive about getting my couches cleaned but everything went smoothly. From the lady/girl on the phone who set up the appointment to the service technician(Seth), everything was professionally done and in the time frame that was set up! And, my couches look great!
Always on time but the best part is what a fantastic job they do. This time they even had to stretch 2 rugs & it came out beautifully. Thank you for my wonderfully clean rugs!

Carpet feels amazing after a cleaning--nice and soft and abolutely no residue. Other companies leave the carpet feeling tacky or sticky . . . but my carpet looks brand new . . . looks and feels fantastic! Love zerorez!

The carpet stays clean and the spots don't show up later plus it feels so clean also and really seems refreshed and almost like new...

Be honest about the amount of time it takes the carpet to dry, I was told 4 hours, but it was really at least 12 until the carpet was mostly dry.
Carpet looks new again
The cleaning process doesn't involve chemicals, so it didn't leave an overwhelming smell and hopefully will keep the carpet from soiling as quickly.
