Customer follow up and commitment to quality is second to no one. I had an issue but it was addressed above my expectations. The tech was sincerely concerned with us being happy with the job. We are!! I will recommend you guys.
Mr. Finley was very professional and knowledgeable about the services. I was amazed that you were about to get chocolate cocoa out of my carpet! I also liked that my house did not smell of chemicals when he was finished.
Tech spent a lot of time trying to get pet stains out of hall area and I'm sure he did a great job. However, there is still a small odor of pee now that carpet has dried.
Customer service was wonderful, and our specialists were extremely personable. The price, however, was steep for what he had done. We had two stains removed (a crayon drawing on a toy closet carpet, and a pet stain in another room) and we paid $175. (ball park figure).

Solution used to clean tile was very slippery after it dried. My cousin slipped and fell bruising her arm and knee.
So much stuff put on carpet for urine smell, took 2 days to dry.
Technician tried to tell stains would not come out of carpet. I went and got some over the counter product, sprayed it on, waited a few minutes and wiped it would a clean towel and the stain came out.
Tech was a nice guy but should have explained more and not try to tell me something that wasn't true.

I just have one question about a stain that has come back. Whom do I contact.
On a follow up visit for spots that didn't come out originally or came up within the 30 day window, the technician left a yellow spot where there had not been one and the traffic pattern in the master bedroom was also yellow. The third technician was able to remove the spot and the traffic pattern yellowing after he secured a special solution from the main office. He said the water PH balance had not been correct on the second technician's visit. I was just grateful that the yellowing came up. However, perhaps there's something that the technicians can do to check the PH level so someone else doesn't have to have the same problem. Both the first and third technicians were very conscientious and took their time to do things right. As for the spots that I called Zerorez forthe second time, one didn't come up and the other area was better. We have no pets.

My carpets are clean and you go a great job.
The price to clean tile is too high. I had the "$33/room special and 100 sq ft of tile free" deal. But the tech said the tile in my kitchen was something like 176 sq ft. So I asked what the extra 76 sq ft would cost to clean? It was $99! That's almost double what I was paying for the 4 rooms of carpet upstairs, for that small area (around my table)
The gentleman who cleaned our house did an immpeccable job-I was very please with both his work and customer service. He was thorough and friendly.
Darwin came out on Saturday and he did an excellent job. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have used Zerorez and Darwin did the best job by far. Attention to detail especially
