Slow down when cleaning and take time to remove spots not just one swipe does all
It gets the dirt out and the carpet looks almost like new without living chemicals in it.

Customer service and lack of chemical residue
The carpet always looks brand new. We have quite a few rent houses, and you have saved us from replacing the carpet more than once!
The first man that came to clean the furniture, did not do satisfactory work. However, the control control man who did the redo was excellent.
I felt like the carpet was hard and crackly. Some sort of residue maybe.
Mostly, using no chemicals.

Workers arrived before scheduled time. They had already done their work, but it wasn't carpet wasn't very clean in places and they had to redo. They cleaned rugs in guest bathroom that wasn't suppose to be done, left them wet so I had to wash and dry them. It doesn't look like they cleaned the master bedroom closet. I believe I was greatly overcharged.

I responded to the email offering existing clients three rooms for $99 and free tile cleaning. I didn't get either. I have called numerous times the past few days trying to get this issue resolved. however I've been unsuccessful in speaking to anyone. Clearly this is a communication problem. I like the fact that there is no smell associated with the cleaning. I was a bit uncomfortable with the air duct cleaning guy trying to "sell" me on additional services I did not need. The carpet cleaning guys were terrific.
That you didn't use soap or chemicals;
there is a sealant which I had never been offered prior;

We ordered carpet re-stretching, when the tech arrived he said the carpet was too old and didn't think it would do any good. I appreciate his honesty but if we had some one from your company come out and look at it before hand it would have saved us a lot of time emptying the rooms we thought were going to be done. Then while he was cleaning the grout the high pressure line on the equipment burst and flooded the dining room. The tech and I used towels to wipe down the walls and furniture and he cleaned up the water. The next morning the carpet was still very wet. I was worried about mold and mildew in the carpet so I called and you sent another tech who sprayed an anti microbial and set up a powerful noisy fan. This just has nor been a good experience for us at all.

I was charged $120 to treat TWO spots that were from cat urine. I was misinformed about the treatments and a quality control person came and redid those two spots with the stronger cleaning treatment. One of the spots still smells strongly of urine--even after the "flash" treatment. Apparently, the cleaning agents used are not effective. It is still on the fibers of the carpet because if I touch the area, it leaves a scent on my fingers.
