Small time window, good price, friendly carpet cleaner, food results
No chemicals.
We particularly liked the lack of chemicals which made the process safe for our pets. The carpet technician was very professional and set the right expectations, which is something you rarely get to experience these days.
Left my carpets looking great, and they are 8 years old, with three dogs. looking to replace the carpet next year but wanted to clean them up for the holidays. Zero Rez did a great job, the tech was awesome! The carpet dried very quickly!
I cannot praise/commend,Ricardo enough for his good work, being courteous, and for having such a pleasant personality. Zerorex is very fortunate to have him as an employee.

Quality of work and product result.
You need to find a way to protect the areas around stairs, door openings etc. from the hoses you use. They rub against the walls & moldings leaving marks. Also, while Dernell did a really great job overall, there was one mishap he was not aware of- and neither was I until later that night. He probably didn't realize when you unplug the oil-filled air fresheners and lay them on their sides that the oil leaks out. It took the finish off my son's dresser and video rewinder. I would imagine most of your servicemen would not know about that. You might want to address that.

The technician was very nice and friendly and the products are exactly as they describe on the radio - normal carpet cleaning companies you smell the products when they leave, this one is just clean and no smells at all.
