Left carpet very clean. Ricard is a professional and taught me carpet care. I had never been told why it's important to clean carpet once a year. His explanation was so easy to understand sharing why the carpet begins leaving paths.

Cleaning of the tile and grout was Fantastic. Getting techs to come back to complete the sealing took some effort on my part. Also I think techs shouldn't be allowed to make or receive phone calls while doing a customers job unless it is for business.Having the customer paid for the service before its complete may be YOUR policy but it's not very nice for the customer. The cleaning job on the tile was great and I will use your company again I just hope the techs get it together.

Chemical free cleaning and the technician was professional.
My mother had a pipe break in her home in September. It took almost a week to dry the carpets out. When the insurance company didn't replace them we had them cleaned by another company. But the carpets still smelled like a wet dog & musty. We recently had an estate sale and the carpet was soiled somehow. I hear your ad on KLUV and decided to see if what they said was really true. Well Jaylon did a great job. He deodorized the carpets & got all the stains up. The carpet looks great. I won't use another carpet cleaner but Zerorez. Thanks.

The service tech was GREAT! The scheduling service could be improved. I was told I would be called on Saturday to get an appointment window for a Monday service, but never got the call. Then had two different calls early Monday morning confirming 2 different times, and asking if they could come earlier. Very confusing.
