Your products work well and are not toxic. Jay, your technician, was extremely knowledgable on which products to use on some very difficult pet stains (blood and urine). I followed his suggestions and now our master bedroom and office carpeting look like new. The carpeting smell great too.
The quality of the work, the professionalism of the technicians, the "like new" look of the carpet.
Your technician, JL Wallace, was on-time, friendly, and very thorough in his work. The carpets were clean and very soft to the touch after cleaning. We will definitely use your services again and we'll tell our friends.

The technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are very conscience about tracking in dirt and keeping the area they just cleaned, clean. They show up when expected which is very nice.
Continue to train on how to avoid minor damage to furniture or walls with the equipment currently being used. A number of service visits back a chip was knocked out of a TV Monitor stand in an area having carpet cleaned and the last visit a couple of chips in the wall paint with during carpet & tile cleaning.

The technician who came out was extremely professional and friendly. There was quite a mess in the back bedroom where my 92 year old mother had fallen and hit her head. I didn't think it was possible to get all the blood out but he did and he was so kind and sweet to her. I love that you don't use any chemicals. I will definitely use your service again.
Dries fairly quickly, no residual odor. Tech was friendly and knowledgable.

Effective on pet stains
The service man arrived on time, was very efficient and explained the process. The results were terrific.

HAD SOME BAD SOILED SPOTS IN THE TWO AREAS AND ONE CAME UP IN ONE AREA AND NOT SO GOOD IN THE OTHER. SAME KIND OF SOILED SPOTS. CLEANING OF THOSE AREAS CAME UP A LITTLE SHORT ON MY EXPECTATIONS. PERHAPS I EXPECTED TO MUCH. ERIC DID A GOOD JOB OF EXPLAINING.WE JUST MOVED IN, WOULD CALL ERIC IN THE FUTURE.

it's "clean" and it really removes spots
I had horrible smell with furnace on and zerorez came to clean ducts in HVAC system. They cleaned all ducts/intakes and the smell still there. Sure my ducts are clean but that was NOT the problem. I feel like I was taken advantage of since I am now a widow and have to make decisions about stuff that is out of my expertise. The tech kept trying to push other zerorez products that had nothing to do with the smell problem. I had HVAC person inspect my ducts under the house the next day and there are rat bones and several HUGE holes in the flexible ducts that zerorez cleaned. Zerorez has NO business cleaning ducts if the tech does not inspect the ducts inside and OUT. The tech refused to go under the house and look. That was the first thing I asked about. He reassured me cleaning the ducts would solve the smell problem.
I want a complete refund almost $800 and an apology from the CEO.
