I love that my technician was fast, polite and knowledgeable.
With pets in the house, we are used to living with the remnants of messes on the carpet. Our technician was so thorough and removed some old stains that I never believed would come out. Every time we have used Zerorez, we have been so pleased with the results. The pet safe and zero residue cleaning are completely appreciated.
The young man who came to clean our carpets was on time, friendly, and did a great job cleaning our carpets. He explained what he was going to do, and asked if I had any questions. When he was finished, he asked that I check his work and let him know if I was satisfied; and if not, he would redo to my satisfaction. He was very accommodating, and I was very satisfied with the job that he did.
