My technician was excellent and worked very hard, unfortunately for $1,700 I just don't see a difference mainly
in the tile/grout. I also did not see a difference between zerorez and other carpet cleaning providers that I have used in the past.

Over the phone, we agreed on 100 square feet tile cleaned. But when work was done, I was told that would be an extra charge. The $99 special turned out to be $118.

Great staff to work with, the engineer that arrived was clean, sweet and very courtous.He did an excellent job with all services and recommended other services and was very polite and friendly but knew what he was doing.
