The technician was very professional. I give him a 10. But was disappointed that the carpet didn't look any cleaner when he was finished.

The person who cleaned my carpet was great. I did have a shag rug that was treated due to pet urine odor. The treatment did not remove all the odor. That is my only concern.
The cleaning process did not remove dirt near door bottoms and in traffic areas very well.
The technician talked to my husband about a $2000.00 quote for services. He told the technician to provide the service that I had requested. The technician then called me, told me the same thing and presented a $2000.00 quote for services. I told him the same thing as my husband. I could replace the carpet cheaper than $2000.00. One no is plenty. Also, I was upposed to receive 100 sq ft of tile cleaned free and didn't get it. Last year the technician cleaned my medium sized entry rug instead.
I like your company, I will use them again, you just need to know that no is only necessary once and to provide all of the services that are included.
The green cleaning and friendliness of staff
No harsh chemicals! It smelled clean and fresh instead of toxic, but still got all the stains and spots out. He was very thorough and even cleaned part of our kitchen grout for free. Awesome experience!

Offer the scented "pet treatment" as part of your package. The only room I could tell any improvement was the room I spent $60 extra dollars to have "treated."

The technicians Know their product very well. They inform you of what their going to do
and if you are interested will tell you of other services that are available if you are interested. We always get the extra spray they can put on your carpet and furniture which makes any spills or accidents very easy for you to clean up.
We have used Zerorez for the 13 years we have lived in our current house.
It turned out to be much more expensive that we thought from the coupon. The rooms are reasonable at $29. But $46 for a hall and $60 for the stairway is a little much. And $120 for the protectant really brings the price up. Upholstery cleaning is also high. The technician was friendly and did a great job --I like the process your company uses -- and he completed the work in 4 hours. But I do think that over $700 for 4 hours work, even considering overhead, is more than I can pay in the future and makes it difficult to make a hearty recommendation to my friends.
I am highly-highly sensitive to ANY scents which cld easily throw me n2 Asthma Attacks very easily. However I had no real bad reactions but had to keep fresh air. I xpect sam or betr qualit concern care/servic next x. Even the next dy & afterwards my carpets still looked & smelt clean & removed spots even high traffic areas. Ur rep guy didn't reap of smoke nor cologne/fragranc & he wanted me 2b plz.
