I do have one question - the tech was SEVERAL hours late due to several things, including skipping my appt. I was told by the dispatch that there would be either a $25 discount or gift and this was not done on my invoice. What did she mean?

No one called to provide the window of arrival, although they claimed they did and couldn't leave a message. Not true, we have a message machine and were home the entire weekend and day before the appt. I had to call. Phone person definitely reading from script and not too personable.
I have used Zero Rez twice previously and they always vacuumed and moved furniture and put little foam pieces under the furniture legs. This time only one small guy arrived so no furniture was moved that we hadn't already moved. He was done with 3 rooms in less than 2 hours. I am watching a particular dirty spot to see if they will need to return within the 30 day warranty period. Don't know if there is a difference in Zerorez Dallas or Zerorez Plano, or if there even is a Zerorez Plano, but next time I'll look for one in Plano, IF I decide to try them again.

Results are predictable, always excellent. Technicians always prompt, explain all services, give quotes, make sure I understand everything. They honestly help determine which service, product is needed. Technicians very professional, work hard, get the job done in a reasonable amount of time.

love that no chemicals are used, just a high ph water. Your staff is 1st rate from the first phone call to the techs that come out.

I have used Zerorez for the past 10 years and have always had a good outcome in the way that my carpets looked. This morning, once all the carpets had dried...they looked the same as they did before they were 'cleaned'. The high traffic areas still had the same dirty areas. The Master Bedroom looked like it had not even been cleaned. I vacuumed thinking this might help, but no success. Question: Has Zerorez changed its 'Empowered Water' formula? If so...change it back because the new formula does not work.
