A good customer service.
our carpets look much better and there is no chemical residue.
This last time, we didn't get the stains out. I didn't realize it until it dried. We have always gotten them out before.

I liked that Jay took his time to explain the process to us and even looked up our past experience with Zerorez. Our first experience was below average, but we wanted to give the company a second chance and it paid off. I look forward to using them in the future, as they did an excellent job the second time!!

Great service. I especially appreciated that I was not subjected to a sales pitch to buy additional services.
We had just bought our new home and the owners had 2 dogs indoors . We asked that they shampoo the carpets prior to us moving in . The day we got the keys we went by there and as soon as I opened the door you could smell dog . They had used a local carpet cleaner . My husband decided to call your company since we always hear it on the Christian station. The technician was very friendly and explained every step he was doing . I'm very happy and satisfied cause I do NOT smell dog anymore . Yall did a fantastic job !!!!!
