Great customer services. I got an appointment same day I called and the gentleman who performed the service was efficient and very nice.
The technician
Chemical free and technician was very professional and did a great job
Lower the cost. We were expecting approximately $200-$300 even though it was advertised as three rooms for $99. We have never had to pay $600 plus for carpet cleaning of three rooms. The technician was excellent; seemed like he knew what he was doing and he gave us full disclosure, however, everything was an addition. We would recommend you with a disclaimer that the cost would not be as advertised. The technician did an excellent job; just not sure how long the cleaning will last as usually after cleaning the rug gets much more soiled in much less time. We will see.
Everything was explained to us. The service provider had years of experience.

How easy it was to clean and dry the carpeting. No smell and we didn't need to wait hours to walk on them.

Green company, non-toxic and the representative, Finley, that came out to do the work was fantastically polite, knowledgeable, going above and beyond to take care to do a fantastic job.
Reasonable price, no chemicals and made the carpet better
When I called to schedule I was told you would bill me afterward. I said I would not be there when cleaning was done. When tech arrived they refused to clean until paid in advance. I called can afterward to complain and representative was very flippent on phone. I have lefty a review with more detail on yelp.

Have used before in a different state and your employee was very polite. Couldn't get some of the spots out but I believe he tried so I did let it go for now. Will try again in about 6 months and hope to be successful then.
I've texted, called, and emailed. I got my carpets cleaned with the website offer of 3 rooms for $99 which came with a $100 gift card. I've not received any correspondence back and I've still never received my gift card. I'm sure it was an oversight but the complete lack of response or follow-up has me wondering if it was bait and switch and you all pocket the gift cards?
