Some stains remained on master carpet
The job was just not done up to par this time. I am a repeat customer but I don't think I will use you again . A second guy came out to clean what the first guy left unfinished. I am just not pleased. You charged me $25 dollars for a small walk in closet and he didn't even move my flip flops. Disappointed. Had high expectations from first visit. Sorry.
They care and stand behind their work. I had one pet stain that was tough and did not go away completely and they sent someone back out right away to eliminate the stain.

the tech called his supervisor to see about cleaning a rug in the living room which you'll previously have done for the last 4 visits, and he said no.
Its safe, There was a clean odor after the carpets were done. The person who came finished in one hr. and 15 min., which was nice. It did take a long time to dry, but that may be due to the cold weather.

The gentleman arrived on time and was very happy to meet our concerns about the carpet cleaning. We had one tough stain that we were concerned with and he was able to get it cleaned and I was completely amazed. I was very satisfied with with Zerorez and would recommend them highly.

My walkways was pretty dirty and the technician was able to get them back good as new I really appreciate the professional way the technician made provisions not to damage the corners of my walls and my furniture he made very sure that he did not damage anything in my home which was very important to me next time my carpets need to be clean I would definitely be calling zero Rez
Our technician Edward arrived on time and completed the job on time. He took time to explain the process, what we could expect for a complete dry time. Many places of business today never arrive when they say they will, or fail to live up to their self praise. The technician was wonderful!!!! Clearance worked two full hours in thee freezing cold on my car, which was in AWEFUL condition. It still has some stains but actually loots 200% better. THANK SO MUCH!!!!!
