the cleaning was amazing and the employee was very professional and efficient.

The rugs look great and they are almost completely dry when the tech leaves my house. Also, I don't have to worry about my dogs inhaling or getting rashes from chemicals because there are none.
The man I worked with was a 110%, he was great, but the fact it cost $500 do clean my carpet was ridiculous. I did have the pet cleaner added, but the way he told me that there really isn't another choice for pet urine. And be mindful, this was ONE ROOM! I could of just gotten new carpet, but I felt like I was stuck and needed to make a decision.
They told me that they will call to set up an appointment for Saturday. They never called. Just showed up at 4 pm. And we had to adjust our schedule to accomodate them.

I understand about the pet stains without the additional treatment. My big disappointment is on the normal traffic dirt/stain. In the past you have always been able to get those up, but this time, the traffic stains are still there. Also, in the past, we would accidentally have a small spill from the candle scent warmers. This also was not an issue. On this last time, it appears that section of the carpet was ignored. We have been clients of Zerorez for several years, so you can understand our disappoint.
The service technicians are always courteous and friendly. I also appreciate the professionalism they exhibit while in my home.
Kuddos to Eric who took great pride in his work. There wasn't an area on my carpet or upholstery that he did not meticulously clean......even getting down on his knees to smell where my stubborn pomeranian tinkled. Our carpet and couch look brand new! There is no stickiness or hard feeling from the cleaning as Ive experienced with other cleaners in the past. I would HIGHLY recommend Zerorez and will be using them exclusively in the future.

The living room floor is still dirty. Cleaner than it was, but I am very disappointed that it is still dirty. There is a small stain that we requested have special attention, but it is still there, just as it was originally. The hall and dining room are fine. However, I am not happy that I will have to have some one else out to clean the living room again before I can put my Christmas tree up.
The man that came was very nice and polite. However, he was here and gone in 30-40 minutes. That pretty much equates to a charge of around $325.00 an hour. Outrageous!
Your technician, Eric, was a great representative for your company. He was very polite and did a great job. When I was operating my company from which I am now retired, I can only hope my employees represented me as good as Eric did you.
