The Zerorez service employee was here on time. The product that Zerorez uses does not smell.

It would take a little more explanation than can be listed here, but I already left a message for you to call me at Phone number removed the evening the carpets were cleaned. Instead of calling me at that number, you called my sister's number (I had 2 households cleaned under my name), and when she told you it was me who called at the other number, you told her you would call me right away--you never did. we had one room a cat lived in so a black light was used to demonstrate where the carpet was soiled. I can tell you after the cleaning and the carpet drying using a black light the soiling still shows but now it may be neutralized.

The service was professional. The process did not take an inordinate amount of time, and the serviceman had a pleasant attitude and seemed honest.

The technician that came out was extremely well versed in the products they were using and educated me with regard to care for my flooring, so I was definitely pleased with the services that were provided!
