He was very friendly, honest, and did a fantastic job on our carpets. We are extremely happy with Erick and Zerorez and will continue to be returning customers and also refer to our family/friends.

Carpet did not show any stains while carpet was wet as it dried the coffee stains showed up again.

There are spots that didn't come up in a couple of high traffic areas. My carpet is less than one year old and has not been chemically treated or cleaned prior to zerorez this weekend. I was excited about the idea of no chemicals or cleaners being used, but I don't think zerorez is going to be something I can recommend based on my experience. If it doesn't CLEAN/REMOVE the dirt/spots, then there's really no point. I"m disappointed.

Carpet looked nice and continues to look nice except for the coffee stain which did not come out. Our service provider was friendly, knowledgeable and diligent.

The Technician whose name I don't remember, explained to me every step he was doing while cleaning my carpet. When he finished they looked nice and fluffy and clean as if they were just installed. I will gladly refer you to my friends and family. My carpet has never looked this good when other companies I have used cleaned them.

We've had our carpets cleaned by your company on 3 or 4 separate occasions. This time however the carpet in our bedroom still has a heavy pet odor. In the past we had an old dog who couldn't hold himself an the odor was quite strong and the technician go the odor out. This time the odor is still there. I think you could have done a better job.

I liked the machine that really deep cleaned and removed pet and human hair. I liked that the carpets dried quickly and smelled clean. My technician, Josh, was very personable and knowledgeable.

The product because you don't you chemicals. And the service which was excellent. There does seem to be a communication breakdown somewhere along the line with the office personnel. Other than that, it was a very good experience.

Eric was thorough in his review and execution of the job. He alerted me to a potential problem with my vacuum which was leaving dirt and sand deep in the carpet. After cleaning the carpet and the tile floor & grout, which we also had cleaned, looked like new.
