Technician did not have foam pads to place under legs of furniture and I had to use bags. Technician did not have any tarp-like covering to put over my wood floor in entryway and the floor was damaged by water and metal connectors on hose.
Service was on time and performed very well. Very clean carpet very speedy and courteous service men. Would highly recommend to my friends

The carpets look much, much better. Unfortunately, a few stains in one of the rooms didn't come completely out.
Service was good - products are "friendly" - will ask next time for an earlier time. The technician was courteous and was very apologized many times for accidently breaking a plate.

No harsh chemicals, friendly technician
Technician left me styrofoam to put under furniture myself when the last technician did it without me knowing or asking me to do it.

The carpet is a very light carpet and it looked really great after it was cleaned. The young man that did the carpet was very friendly and answered all my questions easily. Carpet was damp, but dried quickly and had no chemical smell at all. Will definitely use them again.

Darwin,the service tech was very professional and did a very thorough job. I had a lot of pet stain area and they are gone. The house immediately smelt good.
Joe Vasquez was by far the best technician I have ever had come out, he was polite and very attentive to my needs/concerns. Joe came out to perform a "redo" cleaning as many spots/areas were missed and some created during the October visit with a different technician. Joe did it right, the way it should have been done previously. Thank you Joe.
