There is always an upsell from the tech, which increases the amount that is quoted on the phone. I love the product and how clean it gets my carpet, but both times I have used your company my bill was over a $100.00 more than I was expecting.

I've used Zerorez in Atlanta and when my wife and I relocated to DFW and our new-to-us home needed carpets cleaned, there was only one company on my mind. Zerorez. I like the fact that their products do not leave any residue behind, because my wife has cats and for them to get sick is bad news around here.

I like the fact that there are no harsh chemicals used. I would like to see a whole house price for carpet cleaning because the room by room price would get very pricy if you wanted the whole house cleaned.

I like the fact that you have people try really hard to please the customer..
I'm disappointed with the carpet in my office. It had stains and
after it was cleaned the stains are twice as big now and the carpet
is very stiff. This has never happened before and I am a regular
customer. The hall carpet is also stiff? It would be nice if someone could

Treat stains better...

I had to have a reclean on some pet order and your company was very eager to assist, schedule and complete the service. The quality control manager (Ceasar) was very professional, efficient and solve my problem.

Reduce prices - 110 for 2 medium size bedrooms is expensive...

I was charged an outrageous amount and in one room the technician cleaned only the perimeter, ignoring the pet stains with was the sole purpose of having the carpet cleaned. Quality assurance comes back to check and I'm told the technician did a great job elsewhere and on the perimeter and they'll fix it if I pay them double. How to make it right? Clean and treat the pet stains in the room I paid for prior to my neighborhood wide Christmas party in 2 days!

Frankie did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet and explaining what the problem areas were and exactly what he was doing and had us check on his work as he moved along. He did an excellent job for us.
