I love how you clean. Alvin the technician who was out was wonderful. he was professional, nice had genuine concerns about my carpet and tile. I will have Zerorez come back out and finish my whole house!!

I love how clean the carpet feels. But the best part is your tech, Kyle Rogers. He does a great job making sure that my carpets look as good as they can.

Service is excellent. Your technicians are knowledgeable and helpful with advice and recommendations. Carpet cleaning not only left my house with clean carpet, but also a clean fresh smell. Also, I actually do recommend your service to family members and business associates.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

It's kind of hard to describe. I thought the service provider should have spent more than barely one hour to clean a three bedroom home. He didn't make any attempt to get out stains,as well the carpet was very very wet when he left. I was disappointed all round with the results.
