I was charged $75 to get cat odor and urine out of master bedroom carpet. Didn't work. Room still smells.Technician Devin was very prompt.Didn't cover shoes with booties. Id like a refund of $75.

We still have pet stains & urine smell and paid the extra money for them to be eliminated.

Carpets stayed excessively wet after cleaning. Some areas were still wet enough to soak through socks over 6 hours after cleaning with fans on.

Your tec spent 90 minutes trying to sell me on items I didn't need and 45 minutes cleaning the carpet. ANd he did a poor job. Horrible service, horrible company. How dare you preach your name on a christian radio station when all you do is try and sell sell sell. I know Frank and Starlene personally and will be providing them my feedback

The technician was great, the miscommunication over the pricing over the phone was what disappointed us.

I first have to say the tech was very nice, helpful and professional. In the end, several areas of the tile down the entry hall to the front door have places that were missed. This is the last part that was competed and I think it might have been a little rushed. Of course you can only see this once the floor dried and the sun shown on the floor (then it was very apparent). Also, $250 to steam one show was very excessive. My wife believed that tile was charged at $1 per sq. ft. based on what she was told, so we had the shower done. After the first attempt the tech made it did not look good at all. Still soup scum and mildew. I had to ask the tech do it over and he did, but still did not get the shower entirely clean. The tech could only reach to about the six foot level and our shower is about 5' X 5' with two full walls and one half wall, about 75 sq feet. $250 for an incomplete job is just crazy. Our bill was $1100.

They try to charge for the additional services that not requested to perform. I know the carpet does not smell animal when I visit the house a week ago when the client was moving. The service people still suggest to do smell treat for $180 dollars addition.

I like your technicians. Very professional and efficient. I also like the cleaning process you use. No harsh chemicals and I like the way the carpet looks after Zerorez has been at my home.
