The zerorez employee that came to our house was kind, thorough, efficient, and left our carpet very clean. We are satisfied customers!

The Zerorez product that is meant to eliminate cat urine order was 80% effective; but, the actual cleaning product did not do the kind of job I was expecting. I am left with food stains (tomato sauce), yellow transfer stains, black die stains, and a variety of other stains that I cannot identify. The technician did the best job he could with the Zerorez products, supplies, and equipment available to him.
I will use another company for other carpeted areas I have in my house with stains that have similar cleaning challenges. After that, I will be able to fairly judge the effectiveness of Zerorez.

Got my really-old carpet really clean, and the man who did it (sorry, don't remember his name) was very friendly and nice. He did a great job.
I love the natural ingredients used in the cleaning process that don't leave a residue in the carpet and a high powered patented wand that doesn't leave water in the carpet pad. My carpet is ten years old and has a high, thick pill so using ZeroRez to clean it gives it more life which ultimately saves me money-and who doesn't love that!

Company is very organized and efficient. My technician was knowledgeable and courteous.
MOST of all that you will treat bad spots really well (but I have to ask/plead for more attention to certain spots sometimes that I think should have been done in the first place without my asking!) and re-treat if necessary! ALso like that my carpets are not soaking wet when you're finished, and there are no soap or chemical residues.
Where carpet meets tile/wood, make sure to vacuum to collect as much water as possible. I had to go around house and absorb water with towels.
