Service was amazing - I feel like it worked remarkably well. I know my carpet was bad, but I did not realize just how bad it was. I feel the cost was higher than I really anticipated, even thinking it would be more than what i was quoted (under $400). It ended up being over $1500 - however, my carpet really ways that bad. So, while I will absolutely recommend Zerorez, I will be very clear with my end cost. Our technician was just amazing and went above and beyond.

Figure out a way for the customer to examine the bill at the end of the technicians visit, perhaps a paper copy prepared prior to the visit. The charges for the chairs based on the technicians examination could be written by them after seeing them. If this had been done we could have avoided the overcharge that we experienced at our last visit, requiring you to issue a refund check. Or perhaps give the customer the option at the time the appointment is confirmed that they receive a paper copy from the technician.

Technician very professional and polite.

Technician was able to get rid of carpet stains that previous carpet cleaner could not. He did not quit working until I was totally satisfied with the results. My carpet in that particular room looked better than it ever had after any other carpet cleaner's work.

I love the cleanliness of the water used to clean the carper. The service technician(sorry, forgot his name) on Wed the 29th was the most efficient one that I have ever. He was organized effect and done very quickly. He was very pleasant and respectful.
