My appointment time was from 3 - 5 pm. The tech arrived at 5:30. I was notified it would be after 5. I was at the house at 2:30 and waited.... The tech was professional and the carpets look nice. However, we were quoted $99.00 for three rooms. We were charged $25.00 for a walk in closet that was 1/8 the size of the master bedroom that was cleaned for $33.00. Had I known the extra charge I would not have cleaned the closet. This was an easy job. There was no furniture!!! Empty rooms!!! I will be very careful in following the recommendation of Frank and Starlene or any other radio personality! And they advertise for specials, free tile cleanings, gift cards - us, just gouged for $25.00 extra!!!

The first 2 times you came out everything was done to satisfaction, The last time it looks like there are soome spots that were not pre treated correctly to remove the stains. We will need someone to contact me and see if we can get the situation rectified or we will no longer use Zerorez to clean our carpets. Name removed Cell# Phone number removed

I like that you protect my walls and furniture with corner guards. I like that your cleaners where shoe covers although if they are wearing the shoe covers as they walk across the road and up to your house then those shoe covers have already picked up everything I don't want on my carpets. I like the $99.00 special so that I can afford to have my carpets cleaned on a regular basis.

THE PROCESS WAS MORE THOROUGH AND GREAT FOR REMOVING PET HAIR AND STAINS. THE TECHNICIAN WAS CORDIAL AND HELPFUL IN MOVING FURNITURE IN ORDER TO DO A COMPLETE JOB.

No harsh chemicals were used to get my carpets clean and free of pet stains. My technician did an outstanding job and was very courteous and also took time to make sure my wall corners were protected. Cant wait to get my tile floors done next.

Everyone was friendly. All costs were explained beforehand.
The only thing that was a negative was that the carpets took much much longer to dry than stated. There were still damp spots 24 hours later.

Technician did an extraction on some of my carpet because of pet urine. I was told that it would go down to the pad and extract the urine and clean the carpet. He said it would remove the smell because the urine would be gone. Instead of the smell being gone it is worse than it was. The cleaning was on Thursday afternoon and by Sunday I still had damp carpet. I do not think the extraction process was done correctly and water and urine was not removed. This issue needs to be corrected.

You did not get rid of traffic patterns in the carpet that were specifically pointed out to the tech. This was not discernable when the carpet was still wet. To make it right you will send another tech to go over those areas again.

The guy that came was super nice. He forgot to do our walkin closet and I asked him to leave smal blocks to put furniture on. Which he didn't. There were 3 spots I knew about and he didn't get any of them out. After he left I got out with a rag. Makes me wonder about the "quality" of work done.

I can't think of anything to improve as this was my first experience. The tech, Keith, was very thorough and pleasant.

We had a wonderful experience with the techs that came out. They were knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. I really appreciate the service we were given and would use Zerorez again!

I did not expect the final price to triple by the time everything was done. I understand we added some things and the pet removal is priced per gallon but we used a $99 promo and our final price was $300+ However, the technician was very professional and courteous and I think he did a great job. It's just the price we were very unhappy with.

I had my tile cleaned in kitchen and there was residue left and I had to mop to get it up. Also there is some residue left where the grout was left dark where most of the other grout is cleaner?? A little disappointed.
