He did an OK job...carpets don't look a lot different than before - but they're clean. I was hesitant to hire you again due to the way you took advantage of my 86 year old mother when you cleaned her house. I recommended you due to radio ads and your special...only to have her $99 cleaning turn into $600. I never got the full story behind it - but I thought I'd give you another shot. I expected the carpets to look like "new" per Jody Dean - but they are about the same.
The products used leave no residue in the carpet and the stains are gone.

One of the reasons I use Zerorez for our commercial business is my sales guy Ron Self.
He is a pleasure to work with and he takes care of business. What I mean by that is he takes care of the customer from the sale to the finish to make sure you are satisfied with the cleaning and that everything went okay with service. The gentleman Edward Wallace who was the one who came out to do our cleaning was very professional and did a great job! I had a few issues in prior cleanings, but Zerorez always makes it right!!! That is why I use Zerorez for our commercial cleaning and I use them for my residential cleaning.
