The technician, Greg, chipped and scored 3 tiles with his equipment. He stated that zerorez would take care of it. When I called they knew nothing about it. I sent pictures and an email after showing the damage. They have not responded. In addition it took a day and a half for the carpet to dry and it looks like the dirt was just moved around a bit. I paid $160 and I still have dirty carpet. We a very unhappy!

They can pay me for the repairs to the tile and clean my carpet right!

It was amazingly clean. It took out stains that had been there for a year or more!

The service tech was very courteous and knowledgeable about the product. My carpet looked amazing after his hard work. I didn't expect it to look like it did, seeing that my carpet had pets stains and hadn't been cleaned in at least 2-4 years. I also liked that it was a "green" company, that my pets would not be affected by chemicals being used.

I paid extra to get advanced service and additional assurances that the pet urine and smell would be addressed. That did not happen. I can still smell and see the pet urine spots in the 2 rooms that I pointed out to the tech. I have no compliant with the tech himself but feel the results of the cleaning were not any better than what I do with my personal carpet cleaner. When I touch one of the urine spots in the office or bedroom and then smell my fingers I can still smell the unclean urine smell. The cleaning cost me 698.00 and I feel like I wasted every cent. It has been since Wednesday morning and I still have spots of carpet in my bedroom that is wet (not damp) but wet.

The tech was very friendly and made sure we got what we asked for.

The estimate for my sofa (a sectional) was $20/ft and when technician got here they claimed it was a natural fabric (this is not a silk or exotic fabric covered sofa) and charged me $30 ft. There was also an environmental fee of $10 that was never disclosed. Felt quite cheated with the pricing. Oh, and i had contacted Zerorez for a special - 3 rooms for $99. The technician didn't not used this pricing when he gave me the invoice & i had to correct that.

I saw your service demonstrated on Good Morning TX and was impressed by how clean those dirty carpets got. I decided to give you a try for my parents house b/c their carpets were quite stained by several food spills. Neither of them get around well anymore, and seeing those stains everyday really bothered my mom. The service tech was very friendly & did a wonderful job cleaning those horrible stains. I especially like the chemical-free cleaning process.

No residue in carpetting.

When I felt I did not get the results I should have the first time, the manager sent someone back out that day I answered the survey. The technician that came out was very nice, personable and explained the process to me, not really done the first time with a different technician.
My floors looked very good when he was finished and still do the day after. I had been unhappy with the results and Zerorez wanted to make it right and came back and did a great job. Took it from a bad experience to leaving me very happy. I really appreciate how they wanted to make it right. I would recommend them. I really feel the 1st technician was not a good communicator and that led to a bad experience.

Professional, courteous technicians. My carpets look brand new and my house smells clean. I also purchased an air purifier at the suggestion of my technician. I am really liking it. Tristan did an awesome job!

The service technician was on time, polite & walked thru his suggestions & gave me a full price quote before anything started.

Our service provider was cheerful, friendly and competent! This is the second time we have used your services and have no reason to change. Your equipment seems to be able to really go deep. We have a chocolate lab "grandog" and light beige, deep pile carpeting plus a son and grandson who are boot wearers. We have a housekeeper who is thorough but when the furniture was out of the living room, the traffic patterns; seating area around the fireplace, etc., were shockingly dark by contrast despite weekly vacuuming and annual cleaning. We will call you again next year (and hope that we get the same technician! (I apologize for not remembering his name (it was short); I'm sure you have it on the invoice.
