Thorough work, good price
Trevor was terrific. We only had one room to clean but he also did an area rug for us. The carpet was filthy. Last time the carpet looked beyond hope and I called Zerorez. It looked new when you were finished. Fast forward to now - a couple of years later - this time all my friends said you need to replace that nasty carpet. But I knew it was good quality carpet under all that dirt. This is the room my two daughters traipse in and out of with all their friends. When I took up the small rugs that covered the areas by the doors, there were squares of clean carpet amidst the filth. So Trevor cleaned it for us and sure enough you can't even tell where I had the area rugs. We put the house on the market yesterday and that carpet looks almost like new again. Use a stain remover on stains
My carpets were soaked and were not dry 18 hours after cleaning. Also stained. Technician left wet foot prints all over "tile" just cleaned and made minimal effort to clean up even when asked. I expected clean floors and carpet. I am told as a first time customer I also received a technician who was new and this was his first solo cleaning. Bad PR! I had to have a tech come out because my carpet was badly stained after almost drying. I am not at all satisfied. I would like a manager to contact me(Name removed - Phone number removed) The reviews provided in the radio station ad are very overrated. I should have stayed with my previous carpet cleaner.

We are exposed to so many chemicals and toxins in our environment daily. For this reason we do whatever we can to minimize that exposure and that is why we like zerorez and their commitment to being completely Green, not using any soaps, harsh chemicals, or anything toxic.
Gregg C was phenomenal!! He was honest, upfront, didnt try to sell me more than I needed, and worked quickly and efficiently. We WILL be calling again every time we want our carpets cleaned and Gregg C will be the person we want!!
Willingness to please
Josh was my service professional and he was great!!! He arrived on time (I was a little late so he waited patiently) was very respectful and knowledgable and he answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I'll admit I didn't know what to expect from Zerorez since no standard "cleaning" product is used. but I was absolutely blown away with the "before and after" that Josh did on my carpet and tile before he started the actual service. All in all I am very satisfied and will definitely use Zerorez again.
The guy did a great job on our carpets! I love that no soap is used to clean the carpets and they stay clean longer. The service guy used a machine with two rollers that really worked to bring up dirt that was buried deep in the carpet. Zerorez had never done that when they've been here many times before but I definitely will request it from now on. The service guy really did a great job and I was impressed with him. Thanks for the great service!
