I was specifically impressed by your technicians care and implementation of the equipment in relation to my furniture. I'm afraid he was unable to get out all the stains as some of them are 20years old.

The service was great. Darwin Harrison did a remarkable job getting the carpet and tile cleaned. He was professional, prompt, took every precaution to make sure the hose didn't hit the corners of the walls and had a great sense of humor.

I thought the price was fair for services performed, environmental friendly, technician was prompt and professional and explained why zerorez is different from the other cleaning companies in the metroplex.
I really liked the technician and I appreciate the customer service. Turns out when the stone is cleaned it releases an odor for a few days and I was not aware of this.

Came within the time frame the were supposed to, got straight to work, and got the job done. The gentleman was extremely friendly and professional. When done the carpets looked great and I love that they use a natural citrus oil in their process. The carpets smelled so fresh and clean! I will use them again if I need carpet cleaning!

The person that cleaned my carpet was very quick and efficient. It took him about a hour. My carpets look so much better. The pile is even lifted back up.

Carpets dry quickly and stay clean a long time afterward. We have 9kids and so our carpets take a lot of wear and tear!!
