Zerorez is the first and only carpet cleaning company that got our carpets looking like new ( they are 19 years old!!). I could not believe how clean the stairs looked and the tech even got out a big stain in one of the upstairs bedrooms.
I will never use another carpet cleaning company.

Cleaning was not as clean compared to last time
The stone still has a urine smell. Can the stone be re-treated to eliminate the smell?

Timely, professional, and the products really work.
Basically the entire job was a disappointment. The person that cleaned the carpet and tile was terrible. He left a huge wet spot on the carpet upstairs that has now dried to a stain. He pulled the hose with the metal tip all the way down the stairs. We had new floors installed and they just finished on Wednesday and he damaged three stairs. When the tile was being cleaned he got lots of water on the new floors. After drying that up, the floors were all dirty and smeary so I then had to clean my floors. You guys caused more work, I could have done a better job renting a floor cleaner.

I paid around $500 to have my area rug sent away to be cleaned. It was returned with all the same spots on it. The cleaning person told me it might not be able to get them all out but it would look brand new. Didn't happen!
Carpets stay cleaner longer. I was not happy, though, with my service technician who disappeared twice, stopping his work as well as leaving my front door wide open both times. One of these times I saw him on his cell phone walking around my front driveway...... it was at least a 10 minute conversation. I have used your company several times now and this is the first occurrence of this type.
No residue, excellent results
Excellent service. No chemicals used. Times follow up. Efficient service. Was able to get most of dirt and stains out of carpet.
