Avoid claim of no "crunchy" carpet like other companies...when dry our carpet was crunchy, not soft.
Disappointed that all dog stains weren't removed but guess that's the way it goes.

The person who showed up frpm zeroez was Mr. Justine Wattes - very good! Not only did he clean our carpet but re-layed our carpet that was pulled up to do some plumbing work under our slab floor. Job well done!!

Jalin, the technician was very prompt and professional. He did an excellent job on stained areas I thought would not come clean. I like the way the carpet feels after it's cleaned. There is no residue from detergents and it smells fresh.
