My carpet to forever to dry, my entry the carpet is so streaked it looks horrible. I was so excited to go with you guys again but highly disappointed.

The price was much higher. The pet stain removal that cost $300 extra was not guaranteed. After cleaning carpet could not easily see change in what the ultraviolet light revealed.
