Instead of sending a survey, someone could call to see if everything was OK. We do have a couple spots that will need a 2nd attention. I was going to call yesterday to tell the local folks but got busy. The techs were very accommodating & super nice guys.
Eric did a good job. He rework a area that I was unhappy with. It appears to have worked out better this time. I am optimistic that this cleaning will meet my expectations.
Fast, no chemicals
Richado was very polite. I was told, however that items under 50 pounds would be moved and cleaning would take place, and I moved nearly everything to vacuum, totally wore my self out, and saw small items under 50 pounds had apparently not been moved.
The fact that there was no clean ingredient residue left behind.

Dave Thomas was the tech that represented your company so ably and responsibly. He was respectful of our home, explained all of the procedures, outcome, and payment. My carpets look like new and the sofa that was cleaned is fresh again. Dave represents your company very well. I will use Zeroz again.
THe fact that after cleaning it does not attract as much dirt as the soaps and chemicals of other products.
The customer service was great and the tech was very knowledgeable. Was a little disappointed it took 18 hours for my carpets to completely dry and as clean as they appear the dog urine odor is still slightly there so that smell didn't come out 100%.
How deep clean the carpet gets without any toxic residue left behind in my home. Thank you for your excellent service as well.
Price and promotions however I don't understand why I was told it would take several weeks to receive my gift card for the steak house.

We have used Zerorez for years but the new equipment is outstanding! This is the best we have ever had and have never had a bad one. The carpet is the cleanest it has ever been. We have always had a dog(s) and the carpet is 13 years old. It looks like new.
Dave is an outstanding Tech. He explained the new equipment and really went beyond what we had expected. Please keep him around.
