I was told on the phone the dry time would be 2-4 hours. Our tech explained it would be closer to 8. I wish I was told correctly on the phone.
Seth was knowledgeable, professional explaining various carpet treatments and what each one does. He highlighted the petstains that I was partially unaware of. As he cleaned, he showed me the gunk being cleaned out of the carpet. He wanted to be sure that I was 100%, completely satisfied with the job he was doing. He even said his goal was to be the best technician I've ever used. I'd say he reached and exceeded his goal.

We have dogs so we get the carpets cleaned often and it works better than any other we have
tried. The techs are always very respectful, knowledgeable and hard working.
I had them clean my 94 yr old mom's carpet. I was told they wouldn't move anything over 50 lbs which I understood. She said nothing was moved. The chairs in the dining room are not that heavy and they were not even moved, so under the table didn't get shampooed. I had told her that she just had to do what she did for any previous cleaners, but guess I should have gone over and moved a few things for her.
Nice and courteous. Knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and how long it would take. I have already recommended to a friend and she is getting her carpets cleaned this Saturday!
