Your associate arrived on time. He explained what he was going to do, and commenced cleaning the carpet. After he finished, he explained to us the drying time, and when we could move the furniture back.

Everything. Customer service at the time of the quote and follow up before and during the house call. Joe, the cleaner was courteous and excellent in cleaning. He did a super job. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone who needs their carpet professionally cleaned. Outstanding service and job.
