I have 12 year old carpet that is pretty worn. It looks so much better.
The technician did a very good job, however, I am unhappy with the tile/grout. He did a test on some of the stains in the grout. It looked as if they were gone. I received 100 sq feet free with offer. With that being said, I had the rest of my tile/grout done. The stains are still there. I need one of two things done, someone to come back and "concentrate" on those areas or a refund for the tile/grout.
Was very satisfied with the carpet cleaning part of the job even though it does take a long time to dry even with fans.
