The technician at the last service did not clean some areas even though I told him hitting every area except one area I specifically omitted was the most important to me. I stressed hygiene was my goal over getting stains out. He missed several areas and did not ask for help or even tell me he missed them. I did not discover that he missed a large area under a bed that has 16 inches of clearance until hours after he left. I am most disappointed because I was not made aware of this and I could have moved it if it was not possible for him to access this area. The technician the week before was extremely helpful and I have only praise for him.

How clean my carpets are now was not just advertising hype. It is fact! My tiles look brand new with the tile cleaning that was performed. Zerorez made a believer out of me!

You could have cleaned your machine from the previous job before cleaning my carpets. Your technition scattered hair and whatever else all over on my carpet. To make matters worse, he didn't even bother to pick it up, I did. Extremely unprofessional.
