Ricardo was very professional and he did a great job,
chemical free and cleans.
On this appointment, my furniture was not moved or cleaned under like all previous visits from Zerorez. Usually, the lighter furniture, i.e. all tables and chairs wind up with small pieces of styrofoam under them, but not this time. I am wondering if your guidelines have been changed?
Also, the "special" associated with the service I chose, was not properly communicated to the technician. He did ask for this to be fixed before he left, however.

The use of water and no chemicals
Tell you upfront about costs. Technician was prompt, polite, and hardworking. Cleaned an old upholstered chair and it came out looking and smelling almost new. Plus, it remained its softness. The chair was barely damp after all that! I've listened to the ads on KRLD for years, and their claims, at least in my case, were true. Would definitely recommend!
