cleaning technique
Chase was an amazing technician. He explained everything and was very easy to understand. He made sure to let us know all the details of the carpet cleaning and what your company is doing for our carpets. He explained the process and how your company stands out above all the rest. He was very professional, kind and nice.

The gentleman that cleaned our carpets was nice , no pressure and he went back over a section in a room for me. I feel the add was misleading because the carpet shown in the add was in bad shape and looked like new afterwards. I paid extra for the pet / high traffic area and really hardly any improvement and I wanted to cry. Has taken me a while to write this because I wanted to not be emotional but no, really not much difference then before we used Zerorez and not sure what was up with tile cleaning other then making floor wet. Was it the technician or actual company because if it is the company, not sure how they stay in business with the results. I had been listening to Radio 1080 adds forever and that is why I chose Zerorez. We never got the gift card either for $100 at a jeweler but after seeing the carpets it was the least of my concerns.
I paid extra for the pet treatment so the smell would definitely disappear but it did not.
I also paid extra for tile cleaning in the master bedroom and bathroom and the floor was left with a residue/film.
A partial refund would probably make things rights.
The professional that came to clean and did a good job. He was however a bit rude and seemed rushed. I asked for a receipt and he said they only email and mail their receipts. I am fine with that but I was never emailed nor mailed my receipt.
Method of cleaning. Technicians appear to know what they are doing. My only reservation is the
price of using Zerorez for cleaning. However, I also realize you get what you pay for. So I will have to go for the Gold! Carpets did look much better and this was after they had already been cleaned by another company.
As a Realtor, who helps her clients "make ready" their home to sell, it is important to know
who to call and to have quality work done. Quality and Cleanliness do help sell a home!

We were very happy with our recent service, but there was one spot that didn't come out right. The quality control manager came out and fixed it within just a few days and everything is great now!
