I have used your service 3 times and the first and this last time the technician left too much water in the carpet. This time I had tile done as well and there were puddles of water left to dry leaving spots on the tile.
The technician that did the property at 6606 Glen Dale in 2016 did a great job with the water extraction.

I liked the professional technician who was very helpful. The carpets looked really good upon cleaning being completed but today I do see some of the stains rising that looked to be gone when they cleaned. Staying off the carpet so I guess that just happens?

We moved into an office that once was a printer refurbishing company. There was a red ink stain in the entry, I believe when it was cleaned the ink spread. The red spot looks darker and there seems to be a pink trail around the front desk and on into the hallway. We were careful and used the shoe covers provided. I've used Zerorez at my house before and have been very satisfied with the results.
