Prompt and professional. Carpets for the most part came out great. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned.
Very competent technician who did a thorough job. Was precisely on time and very polite.
Thought tech Fred would assess rooms and sizes to confirm or change quote which didn't happen. I explained we've never had any carpets cleaned ever before and hoped he would explain the process. In retrospect perhaps I should have asked what the process is. Also feel a bit taken advantage of. We had one are 4x4 areas padding soiled by our cat. He said it would take 3 gallons to remediate at $75 a gallon and already had it on the quote when he showed me the stain. As if already planned to up-sell. I approved the sale as I did see the soiled area under the black light. After he left we did the black light test again on our own and the stain is still there. After 3 gallons, a lot of liquid, I would have thought it would be gone. On a positive note Fred did wear booties, set up corner guards and seemed very conscientious in ensuring nothing was damaged in the process.

Price and availability
The gentleman that you sent out here to clean our carpets also cleaned our tile and he left the carpet soaking wet and told us that they would be dry in four to six hours and in twenty-four hours they were still not dry and my floors from where he cleaned the tile were soaking wet. He told me he was going to mop them up and he didn't. He left my house in shambles for me to clean up and dry and I had a showing of my house at 6:30 p.m. 2 hours later. I was very disappointed and it was not worth $733 for 3 hours worth of work

Drys fast and no smell
I never heard from anyone about the ranger tickets or fullers jewelry certificate or the rudys bbq gift certificate. What gives? I even emailed customer service after or service man, Darwin, told me to ask for John d.
The service is good. The carpet is very clean.
Excellent end results and the service rep that did our carpets was excellent.
The carpet was very very wet for about a day and a half. We had to run fans in rooms continuously and we could not put the furniture back on the carpet. Being so wet made me very nervous. Once it dried the carpet fibers were very stiff. But after I vacuumed it - a LOT, then it seemed to fluff back up to what it was previously. This carpet was four years old and in really good condition. It only had minor traffic and it did have some dog urine in some spots. I am really on the fence with recommending. I thought the tech did a very good job. But as the consumer, there was a lot of work and worry initially after the cleaning. I am happy with how it looks now.
Friendly, efficient, and effective service
Great service. The service representative explained very well the different options we had to have our stair carpet cleaned properly. The carpet had strong pet odors, but once the treatment was completed, the carpet looked very clean and most importantly the odors were gone. I would recommend Zerorez anyday.

While my carpets are clean, I did not receive my ranger tickets and both your service Rep and the customer service rep thru whom I booked my appointment have attitudes that I cannot overlook. The money I spent is outrageous and I won't use you again. Very disappointed in the change of service professionalism
