THEY MEET ALL MY NEEDS PROFESSIONALY.
Carpets look really good as well as tile on the bathroom floor. Very disappointed with the shower tile cleaning. When I first looked the tech said that he could get a couple of areas. After everything dried noticed that he completely missed several areas and the couple of areas that he could not get looked horrible.

The special & the gifts that is included is great. The most impotant thing is the product used to clean the carpet seem to work on removing the dirt from the carpert. The two tech's that did our carpet were porfessional and did a good joy.
Minimal drying time,carpets look like new, very courteous tech. This is our second time using your service and very satisfied.
I like that you do not use soaps that would remain in the carpet.

Options on purchasing your products online. Very vague and no proves, don't have all your products available online.
I am not sure what the problem is - my old carpets or a machine failure. My carpets are streaked, with many areas looking like they were untouched. Your employee was the ultimate in professionalism, so I do not think he is to blame. I think will just have to live with the results. By the way, everyone I talked with were kind and helpful.
