How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

One room smelled really bad. And the cleaning didn't help at all. We paid extra for the pet treatment. Paid almost $300. And it didn't help. It did for about a day. But the smell came back. If some one had a basic clean then I would recommend zerorez. But if there is a smell I wouldn't.

Your work is chemical-free which is safer for my animals. Also, the fork completed by Eric was exceptional!! He arrived on time, and completed the work within his estimated time frame. The best thing is that my carpet and tile "feel" clean again.

This was my first experience with Zerorez and I was a bit disappointed that they were quite a bit later in arriving than their promised arrival time. However the technician, Erick was great. Professional and knowledgeable . I will use Zerorez again because of him! Thank you Erick!

The technician was very professional and did a great job explaining everything. He quoted me an approximate time to get everything completed and he was right on the dot. Overall very happy with my service and will be a customer for the future.

The customer service of the call center was awesome! But the technician that cleaned my carpet did not really say anything at all. He did a great job with the actual carpets, but he seemed like I was a burden and he didn't want to talk to me (did not say hello or respond when I spoke to him).

I have had family, friends and clients use Zerorez before and have NEVER had the overwhelming sense of satisfaction as we had with our experience. Hands down, the ONLY reason we would use you again is the amazing service man we had who I cannot remember his name!!!!! He went above and beyond and was so professional.

There were a few things that went wrong, but I like your product. When the patent runs out, customer service (order-taking) will have to improve for ZR to continue to succeed. The technician did a good job.

The service technician was prompt. He called me when he arrived and since no one called the 30 min. prior to his arrival as they were supposed to, he was willing to wait for me to arrive. Great service and my carpet looks fabulous.

Technician (Tyler) was on-time and surveyed the area to be worked, explained what he recommended to be done, explained the costs and then proceeded to do an excellent job. He was thorough and answered all the questions I had.
The one thing that I felt was missing was the failure to provide a receipt for payment. I was assured that I would receive a receipt by email the following day....I'm still waiting for that receipt.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

It's been over 24 hours and my bedroom carpet is still not dry. And there is some kind of residue left in the area that I had pointed out to your technician because it was a high traffic area. I'm not sure what he treated it with or if it's because it's still damp, but when I ran my hand over it it left a sticky residue on my hand. I've never experienced this from any other carpet cleaning company that I've used. Not happy with the results from your company and will not recommend Zerorez.
