I have been using you for years and I do feel the carpets in my home stay cleaner longer. The tech who came out yesterday was very thorough and personable. I'm saddened to say that some of your techs in the past have not been. You can tell the ones who actually care about doing a good job. Overall, I have been satisfied with your services.
Have your techs to not try and push the other services so hard on the customers. The tech really upset my wife by trying to push other stuff on her. Kept saying, you need this or you need that.
You can recommend but pushing is too much to where it becomes threatening.
Plus we didn't get the gift card we were promised over the phone on advertised on the radio.

Fred the technician did an excellent job, paid attention to detail, professional, and an attitude of customer service. For example, he was able to remove an old stain on my white carpet; the stain was really old varnish that came off one of my Victorian antiques.

Chase was excellent! He explained how my various carpets might do with the cleaning- one room's carpet was probably 40 years old-- and another was berber-- we decided NOT to clean that one. He was the best have had-- and we have used you before.
Frankie who came out to clean our floors was kind and professional. He had me inspect the floor as he completed each room and gave me a report of on what he noticed.
It does what you claim it does and I like that. No false advertising.

The stain treatment did not work and was charged full price. In addition , company did not clean free kitchen tile area. They must of forgotten.
