Be clear about "not moving furniture". I was not told this when I booked your services. I don't understand how you can clean a carpet in a home and not expect you will have to move furniture as well as be prepared to place protectors under the legs of the "movable" furniture to protect the cleansed carpet. Every carpet cleaning service I have ever used has been prepared to move the furniture (of reasonable weight) and place leg protectors. Although your representative did a good job cleaning the carpet and was cordial, I was perplexed when he told me upon arrival that he was one person doing the job, was not supposed to move furniture, and then said he only had a few foam protectors. I find that very perplexing. If that is your policy, we may not use your services again, unless I have a vacant house...and will warn anyone entertaining your services of the same concern.

The next morning I entered the house which had been locked up with fans and AC on 72* all night long and found that the house smells like dirty mop water. I opened the doors and aired it out, then I locked it up and came back the next day only to find that it still smelled of dirty water! I called to see if someone could come fix the problem and was told that the earliest that someone could look at it was the next week, that's unacceptable. I used ZEROREZ for over ten years on several occasions and was always satisfied with their work. I don't know what was different this time.

Lower your pricing a little. Seems like overkill to charge 2 times for treatment for pet stains.

Your ads state your carpet will look like new. After my carpet dried, I still see stains and dirt. Plus I ordered the pet urine remover for a small hallway but was told that it will take 3-4 treatments at 75.00 a piece. I would of thought a gallon of that treatment would of covered the area I needed. Paid a good amount for not that great looking carpet and still have urine smell in my house

The work was done in a timely manner and the technician communicated what he was doing and how long it would take. I also appreciated him working with us on certain parts of the house first based on our initial overview of what was needed.

It's been over 24 hours and my bedroom carpet is still not dry. And there is some kind of residue left in the area that I had pointed out to your technician because it was a high traffic area. I'm not sure what he treated it with or if it's because it's still damp, but when I ran my hand over it it left a sticky residue on my hand. I've never experienced this from any other carpet cleaning company that I've used. Not happy with the results from your company and will not recommend Zerorez.
