The technician was very professional and explained the products thoroughly. He did a great job!
I was called a couple days before the service date to confirm the date/time frame. I was then called the morning of the apt. to narrow down/give me the actual arrival time. And then again 15 minutes prior to the tech arriving. The tech arrived right on time, and was very professional; answering all my questions, etc.

Our technician Aaron Hicks was fantastic! He came recommended by a co-worker who had her carpets cleaned the week before I did. I called and requested him and he was able to be scheduled for us too. He explained the products and services and explained the processes as he went along. He was very personable and friendly which was great! He was very knowledgeable about the services and even gave us tidbits and products that we can consider in the future for helping the constant North Texas allergies. We will definitely be repeat customers for years to come! Thank you!

Overall, I am happy with the work. However, I paid to have the walk in closet in the master bedroom cleaned, and this was not done. I'm sure it was an oversight, but I did not get what I paid for.
I liked the machine that dug up all the stuff in carpet. Really impressive. Paul was extremely professional. I will use this service again.

I was amazed at the how clean the carpets were. There were several pet stains on our carpet and I didn't think that they would be removed but when he got done there was not one pet stain left on our carpet it looked absolutely great. We will be using you again and again.
