We have had three people total, and while it has not been completely resolved, we are convinced Zerorez has the best technicians, and the most responsive team we've encountered in home repair/service. We had our carpet retreated yesterday and it smelled fine then. Caesar did tell us that the smell might come back within a week - we can faintly smell it already. We will give it a week (unless it gets overwhelming again) and see where to go from there. SO FAR, Zerorez has been wonderful to work with.

Our technician was fabulous. On time. Set right to work & finished in an hour. Got out a HUGE biologic stain that looked impossible. He's a great asset to ZeroRez!

I don't think he tried to get the stains out and I had to tell him to use it under the beds. There was plenty of room.
The technician who came to clean was extremely honest and forthcoming about what was going to be required to get the job done. They were very thorough and made sure I was completely satisfied every single step of the way. The floors like amazing, and I couldn't be more satisfied.

I highly recommend Zerorez! The customer service was top notch with great follow up and follow through and the guy that came out to the house, his name was Dave, he did a exceptional job and was truly concerned about my satisfaction with his service. Will use again and highly reccomend!

Overall I was quite pleased with the outcome, considering this is the first time I have use ZeroRez. It is still too early to make a more detailed comment.
I LOVE the rolly machine you do before you do the cleaning. It takes the most amazing things out of your carpet! I want one of these!

Used your company two times in the last year and half spending 1200 dollars, Both times we had to call you back out to get it done correctly. Don't have the time to spend our days off waiting for your company to get it right.

I especially like the "no residue" aspect of the cleaning as the carpets are soft and not stiff when they dry as with other cleaners. Also, your technicians are professional and pleasant to work with.
