Your service guy was polite and professional. Eric did an awesome job.
The tech spent more time trying to sell me extras, then wanted to cut a deal. I kept saying no, just clean the carpet. When he showed me the price, I wrote the check to ZeroRez & gave it to him. Then he said I need to give him a personal check for deodorizing. I said you told me the price, and no way am I going to write you a check for $40. I was alone and felt pressured. Overall it was not a good experience, and I will not use your service again, nor recommend ZeroRez.
Spoke with technician before carpets were cleaned regarding pets. I had asked for consult on possible pet treatment. His black light wasn't working. He said we did not need it. However, the carpets do not smell any better at all. I had mentioned when I called to schedule service that we have waterproof padding and scheduler said she was making note for the technician. Not sure if this matters when cleaning, but our carpets smell terrible. Worse than before we had them cleaned. The technician told me before cleaning that pet odors do not come out of carpets. I heard on the radio just this morning that your radio advertisement was promoting odors will come out when cleaned. So I'm confused. Also, we did not receive the jewelry gift card. Not a huge deal, but still, if you are going to offer it, I think it should have been left with us at the time of service. The technician was friendly. The actual service was not something I would pay for again.

My technician, Julian, was awesome. He was very respectful and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with the work he was doing. He called me to inspect at different stages so that I could see what he was doing and asked if I had any questions. He did an excellent job. He was a very nice young man. I was very pleased with the results. If I get Zerorez out again, I will request Julian by name.

I was very impressed how well the room carpet was cleaned.My wife said," Wow" she also was impressed. Joe, the tech explained the procedures on cleaning the carpet and displayed an amicable professionalism. This is second time we have used Zerorez, and this time more satisfying than the first. I liked the way we were treated by the company and by Torrence who came to the home. We paid more than the original quote; but Torrence clearly explained the levels of service and what was needed, and we were satifisfied that we got the appropriate service for the home. There was no after-smell of harsh chemicals. Torrence did an ourstanding job!!!
