Great service and end result!
Great service and reasonable price. Your employees, Seth and Jalen, did an outstanding job with our carpets and should be commended.
Your tech was very professional and spoke kindly and explain what he was doing and said with Zerorez solution most all stains come out. He was right the carpet looked great after he was done.

The pretreatment got the dirty spots out and there was no residue feeling on the carpet.

He explained in detail the process, options, and additional offers. He did a very detail clean. He was very professional and friendly. I have used Zerorez three times in the last few years and my family members have as well. I will continue to use them in the future as I know their service keeps my carpet looking clean and fresh. Excellent cleaning solution. The results were better than I expected on my tile cleaning. The carpet was also remarkably cleaner than expected in 2 bedrooms. The living room was not done due to time constraints but I am asking the tech to come back.
I did not like that I wasn't able to select my time window at all. It would have been helpful to at least had a morning or afternoon (anything really) to help me plan my day and not be bound by something that is assigned only 2 days prior to the event.
I have used Zerorez on 4 different times and will continue to use them for the great service I receive.
Flexibility. We added a few items and our technician was gracious and worked hard to exceed our expectations.

I liked that Jaylon took the time to explain everything to me from how your cleaning system works to what/how different types of stains could be removed. He also went over a couple of areas for me until I was happy with the way they looked!

My son received a beautiful sectional couch from a friend. It had been in storage and prior to that had seen a lot of partying. Cushions had wine stains and back pillows were stained with who knows what. Zerorez was able to get all the stains out and return the couch to its former glory. Thank you!
The technician that was supposed to be at our house at 10:30 did not show up. When we called about it at 11:30, the customer service person told us that the technician said that he was at our house and talking to us. Total lie.
Fortunately, another technician was set up to come out after we went back and forth about a reschedule. Hayden showed up on time and did a fantastic job. Nice guy, very professional. If all of your technicians were like Hayden, I would not be writing this review.
I like that you don't use chemicals. The service technician was the best. He was on etime, friendly and. Explained everything.
My carpets didn't look too much better than before they were cleaned. Technician said almost everything came out but I saw a few spots that he wasnt mentioning to me. There was a spot on the far side of the bedroom but he didn't mention it didn't come out. I didn't check because I didn't want to walk all over the wet carpet. First time I heard it didn't come out was when I read it in the emailed receipt. Only the bottom part of each of the stairs cleaned (not the part that runs perpendicular). Just disappointing.
