I had my air ducts cleaned and I can tell an immediate difference in my air quality. I feel so much better knowing I'm breathing more clean air than I was before! I also like the array of services offered to improve the health of your home...carpet cleaning, mattress cleaning etc.

You were unable to clean my carpet thoroughly. There were many spots (basically dirt) that were left behind. This was after I was convinced that I needed the upgraded clean in which I payed for. So what you could do is get the stains out of my carpet.

Finley and Timmy did a great job on our carpets including removing stains, like time we had already given up on The stains in one of our rooms but they came out all without using harsh or dangerous chemicals. And that's really important especially because of our small grandchildren who play sometimes with their faces down on the carpets all the time. the best thing about Zerorez besides the fact that they do a fabulous job is that they are friendly and willing to give anything a try to satisfy. This is the first time I have been dissatisfied with Zerorez. I had them back out again and the guy said it could be just wear and tear instead of dirt. He went over it again and funny, it was removed! My carpet is only about 10 years old and there is only 2 in my family. They advertise to remove "even paint" from your floors and so they always have and they have not tried to convince me it was other than soil on the carpet. He was very nice and the rest of the house looks very nice and I did not like to have a second one come out, but it was dirt and it did come out. Both guys were very nice. Thank you.
