We encountered a problem this time, but when I filled out the survey, Omid Arani, the customer relations manager, not only called, but emailed us to fix the problem. We so appreciated his dedication to good customer service. Our initial disappointment after the service has been restored by Mr. Arani's attention to our survey comments. Pablo, the technician, was very thorough and a hard worker. Thanks for sending someone who was knowledgeable. We have used your services several times and you are efficient and easy to work with.
The products work miracles on my carpeting which had been stained by my dog! He had had diarrhea and I had cleaned it up in the middle of the night and again the next morning. I had tried several products since then and nothing had worked.
The young man who did the job was very thorough and patient with me and the spots! When I told him I could not spend more money than the amount that I had set for the project, he accepted that without trying to pressure me. One thing I like about zerorez is that the spots do not reappear a short time later. The only thing that causes spots is the dog who is scared of storms!

The tech and my carpets look great
I selected you based on an advertised rate if 3 rooms for $99.00 . I wanted my stairs and 1other room cleaned and the price more than doubled. Plus I was promised a free tile cleaning and that wasn't mentioned nor did it happen.
The technician was very courteous and made every effort to remove stains and explain the whole process. My carpets look so much better.
We have used Zerorez twice before. They did an excellent job. We had tiles and grout cleaned plus the carpets. We also had pet stains removed. The 2 men that did the work were helpful, competent and so cordial. Thank you Zerorez! SC
I have been a loyal customer of zerorez for years now and was very disappointed with my service yesterday. The cleaning was rushed and had I not seen the cleaner, I wouldn't have even known the carpets were cleaned.

You do not use soap. I like the idea of disinfecting the carpets with empowered water. The process does not leave carpet feeling crunchy once cleaned. Courteous staff.
